低次烟叶超声波提取烟碱工艺及数学模拟 被引量:5

摘要 为了确定从低次烟叶中提取烟碱的最佳工艺条件。通过绘制烟碱标准曲线,测定并计算提取液中烟碱的浓度及烟碱提取量,确定最佳浸提溶剂,然后通过正交试验设计及数学模拟得到最佳工艺条件。超声波提取烟碱的最佳工艺为:以乙醇作为提取溶剂,超声时间30 min、温度52℃,乙醇浓度78%。在该优化条件下,烟碱提取量为23.1 mg/ml。与加酸蒸馏法相比,超声波提取效率高,对优化操作条件具有重要意义。废次烟叶中烟碱超声提取工艺的回归方程很好地模拟了实际提取过程,可用来对未知提取过程进行预测。 The purpose was to confirm the best technology conditions of nicotine extracted from discarded tobacco leaf.The nicotine concentration and extraction amount in extracted liquid were determined and calculated through drawing standard curve of nicotine. The best extraction solvent was confirmed and then the best technology conditions were obtained through orthogonal design and mathermatic simulation. The best ultrasonic extraction technology of nicotine was as follows: ethanol as extraction solvent with concentration of 78 %, ultrasonic time of 30 min and temperature of 52 ℃. Under this optimization condition, the nicotine extraction amount was 23.1 mg/ml. Compared with acidification distillation, ultrasonic extraction was highly efficient and had important significance in optimizing operation conditions. The regression equation of ultrasonic extraction technology of nicotine from discarded tobacco leaf simulated the true extraction course very well and could be used to predict the unknown extraction course.
