摘要 概述了杆状病毒作为杀虫剂的优缺点和重组杆状病毒杀虫剂的研究现状。对基因工程病毒在对人类健康的潜在危险及生态环境的潜在危险(致病性和毒性、生存竞争能力、传播扩散能力、遗传转移能力)等安全性评价方面的内容进行了总结。 The advantage and disadvantage of baculoviruses in insect control and the current status of recombinant baculovirus insecticides were briefly outlined.Prior to its release into the environment,the potential impact of a recombinant baculovirus(recBV) on people's health and the potential ecology environmental impact(lethality,virulence,survive/ compete capability,transfer/ disperse capability and genetic transfer capability) were evaluated.
