环空测试车主要用于油井的环空测试，其传动路线为：底盘发动机→分动箱→变量泵→定量马达→减速器→链传动→滚筒。由变量泵－定量马达组成的液压系统具有超载保护，防止电缆被强行拉断的功能。针对测试车在使用中液压系统暴露出的憋系、漏油、超载保护不灵敏等问题，分析了原因，并提出了相应的改进措施，改进后现场使用效果良好。

The hydraulic system with variable displacement pump-constant displacement motor has the function of overload protection. In the light of the problems with the use of the truck, such as Pump choking, oil leakage and overload protection being insensitive, the causes are analyzed and relevant measures for medification are presented.
