Control is a concept about which scholars both in China and abroad have common understandings.
今后一个时期,中国将处于黄金发展机遇期与社会矛盾凸现期,必须正视与应对"风险社会"的来临。走向和谐社会的基本思路,是科学地开展社会风险预警,优先调整社会结构,增多社会主义的制度性供给,完善社会群体利益协调机制,积极参与"和谐世界"建设。
