摘要
针对发动机故障的特点,将最小割集诊断理论与模糊诊断理论相结合,建立了模糊最小割集诊断法.这种方法吸取了经典逻辑与模糊逻辑的优点,容错性较强,降低了割集理论中由于诊断逻辑过于严格而造成的漏诊风险.用贴近度代替概率作为定量值,简化了计算步骤,增加了求解灵活性,也降低了模糊方法中的错诊风险.该方法也可推广应用于具有多诊断参数的复杂机器的故障诊断.文中给出了应用实例.
A fuzzy minimum cut set based diagnostic method was developed by combination of the minimum cut set based diagnostic theory with the fuzzy shooting theory. This method applied the advantages of classical logic and fuzzy logic, which reduced the loss shooting rate. The calculation steps can be simplified by changing the quantitative values, which can increase the calculating flexibility and reduce the misinterpretation rate. This method can be applied to fault shooting of complex machine with multiple shooting parameters. The examples of application are presented in the paper.
