摘要
用边界单元法对考虑摩擦时干涉配合结合面上的应力状态进行了分析研究,用分块子矩阵的形式推导出了相应的系统方程,用一个简单算例对方程进行了验证、分析和讨论.结果表明,用边界元法推导的数学模型正确,降低静摩擦系数有利于防止微动磨损.
This paper analyzes the stresses round the frictional interface in interference fit by using boundary element method. The corresponding system equation is derived in the form of sub matrices briefly. A simple illustrating example is presented to prove the validity of the present algorithm. The mathematical model derived with boundary element method is correct. The decrease of static friction factor can avoid micro friction in frictional interface of interference fit.
