我国五种减压渣油非等温热反应的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 在一定升温速率和惰性气流量下,采用热重法对我国孤岛、草桥、辽河、南阳及沈北油田五种渣油的非等温热转化行为进行了考察.结果表明,热转化活性由小到大依次为沈北渣油、孤岛渣油、南阳渣油、草桥渣油和辽河渣油.获得了五种渣油的热转化速率峰值、速率峰值处的反应温度、转化率和剧烈分解温度区间等动力学基本特征.研究发现,在渣油热转化的两个温度区间内,采用分段一级动力学模型能较好地拟合实验数据,并确定渣油在两个温区内的动力学参数. The behaviors of the non isothermal thermolysis of five Chinese residua from Shenbei, Gudao, Nanyang, Caoqiao and Liaohe oilfields were investigated under the conditions of heating rate of 6.18 K/min and inert gas flow tate of 100 cm 3/min in a thermogravimetric analyzer system. The residua of order of change in thermolysis activity from small to large is as follows: Shenbei, Gudao, Nanyang, Caoqiao and Liaohe. Some basic characteristics for the thermolysis behavior of the residua were obtained by treatment of the experimental data. According to two independent first order kinetic models, the data can be correlated with two temperature regions. By means of the least square regression, the kinetic parameters for thermolysis of the five residua in the two regions were determined.
