厚度非均匀压电陶瓷极化工艺的实验研究

摘要 采用分段极化的方法,对沿极化方向上厚度不均匀的压电陶瓷进行了极化实验.实验结果表明,分段越多,极化效果越好.但分段较多,会使极化电极的处理和极化实验的进行更复杂.因此,一般分三、四段即可达到理想结果.用这种极化后的陶瓷元件构成的压电圆片可以制作扭转振动换能器和纵扭复合型超声马达. The polarization experiment for the piezoelectric ceramics with non uniform thickness along the direction of polarization is carried out by using partitional polarization method. The experiment result shows that the polarizational effect is better as the partitioned sections increase. The proper section number is 3~4 for available polarization experiment. The piezoelectric circular sheet made from polarized ceramics can be used to manufacture the twisting and shocking transducer and multitype ultrasonic motor.
