摘要
对运行近60000h的HK40蒸汽过热炉炉管进行了宏观检查、管径测量、超声波测厚、硬度测量、光学金相组织分析及危险点分析.发现B室炉管材料晶界有蠕变空洞,由此得出蠕变损伤是该炉管的主要损伤形式,计算得出B室炉管的平均剩余寿命.
Visual inspection, measurement of the tube diameter, ultrasonic thickness measuring, optical metall ographic analysis, hardness measuring and danger print analysis were carried on HK40 overheat steam heating tubes after servicing 60000 hours. Some creep holes in grain boundary of the tubes located in room B were found. The creep crack is the main source of damage for the tubes.
