非开挖水平定向钻进技术作为非开挖铺管的主要方法，它得到了广泛的应用，但其在施工过程中常常出现钻孔失稳的问题，所以本文介绍了非开挖水平定向钻孔失稳而破坏的问题，分析了影响钻孔稳定性的地质方面和工程方面的两大方面的因素，最后对维持钻孔稳定的方法和对策提出了作者的建议。

Horizontal directional drilling （HDD） of trenchless technology have gained .wide-ranging application as the main way of trenchless pipe instalhtion, but the instability problem of borehole appeared frequently in the process of construction, so this paper introduced the problem of borehole damage because of instability of borehole, analyzed two great respects factors of borehole stability, finally, authors proposed ways and countermeasures to maintaining borehole stably.
