小管径管道通球及解卡一例

管道投产前必须进行通球,以清除管内杂物。对于小管径管道,其通球难度要大于大管径管道。为此,进行通球操作要做好三个方面的工作:保证气量、控制球速、设立监听点。如发生卡球,应先进行分析并计算出大致卡球点,再用加热法判断,最后用开孔找球法解卡。介绍了小管径管道通球时卡球和解卡过程,还对水平管卡球原因进行了分析。

For small diameter pipeline it is more difficult than for large diameter pipeline. There are three fields of workings: ensurance of gas quantities, control of ball velocity, auditory - checking points in ball through operation. When the ball is blocked first is to analyses and work out the prelimirary-point blocking, then to prove the point by heating methods, at last to make hole for finding ball and blockage solution. The paper made an introduction of ball through and process of bockage solution for small-diameter pipeline, and explanation of blockage in horizontal pipeline.
