摘要
目的:检测罗汉果药材中铜、汞、铅、镉、铬、砷6种有害元素的含量。方法:微波消解法处理药材样品,电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)检测不同品种、不同产地、不同栽培方法的罗汉果药材中6种有害元素的含量。结果:6种元素的检出限范围为0.038~0.061ng·mL^(-1);线性关系良好(r>0.9991);回收率为85%~115%,RSD 小于15%。检测了17批罗汉果药材中有害元素,部分批次药材有害元素含量超标。结论:首次建立了 ICP-MS 测定罗汉果药材有害金属元素的方法。本方法准确、灵敏、简便,可用于罗汉果药材中有害元素的检测。
Objective: To determine the content of Cu, Hg, Pb, Cd, Cr and As in Fructus Momordicae ( Luohanguo), provide scientific method for its quality control. Methods: The samples, which came from different breeds, different producing areas and planting methods, were digested by microwave and determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry ( ICP - MS). Results: The detection limits range of 6 hazard elements were from 0. 038 to 0. 061 ng· mL^-1 and the average recoveries were in the range of 85% - 115% with RSD less than 15%. The method had good linear correlation(r 〉 0. 9991 ). The contents of 6 hazard elements in 17 batches of Fructus Momordicae were determined. The contents of Pb in some samples were beyond the limit. Conclusion:The method of determination of hazard elements in Fructus Momordicae is established for the first time and its accuracy and recovery meet the requirements of trace analysis. Additionally, the method is exact, sensitive, simple, and can be used to determine hazard elements' contents in Fructus Momordicae.
