摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定国公酒中柚皮苷、橙皮苷和新橙皮苷的含量。方法:采用 Discovery C_(18)色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(21:79)为流动相,流速为0.8mL·min^(-1),检测波长为283nm,柱温为35℃。结果:柚皮苷、橙皮苷和新橙皮苷3个化合物分别在0.0136~0.1088,0.13~1.04,0.0126~0.1008μg范围内表现出良好的线性(r>0.9996),其平均回收率分别为100.4%,100.7%,102.9%。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,可作为国公酒的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of naringin, hesperidin and neohesperidin in Guogong medicinal wine. Methods: An HPLC method was applied with a Discovery C18 (250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm ) column, and a mixture of acetonitrile - 0. 1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution (21: 79 ) as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 0. 8 mL · min^-1, and the detection wavelength was set at 283 nm, the column temperature was 35 %;. Results:The average recovery of naringin,hesperidin and neohesperidin was 100. 4%, 100. 7%, 102. 9%, and the naringin, hesperidin and neohesperidin showed good linearity (r 〉 0. 9996)in 0. 0136- 0. 1088,0. 13 - 1.04,0. 0126 -0. 1008 μg respectively. Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,accurate, it can be used to control the quality of Guogong medicinal wine.
