摘要 目的:建立一种手性固定相拆分盐酸舍曲林对映异构体的方法。方法:使用 Chiralpak AD-H 柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为正已烷-乙醇-二乙胺(90:10:0.2),流速1.0mL·min^(-1),检测波长223nm,柱温25℃。结果:所建立的方法能够将4种对映体有效分离,主峰峰面积的 RSD 小于3.0%。结论:本法可方便地实现盐酸舍曲林对映体的分离。 Objective:To establish a liquid chromatographic method for the chiral separating enantiomers of sertraline hydrochloride. Method:Enantiomers of sertraline hydrochloride were chromatographed on a Chiralpak AD - H column(4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm) at 25 ℃ and detected at 223 nm,the mobile phase used were cyclehexane - ethanol -diethylamine (90: 10: 02)at a flow rate 1.0 mL·min^-1. Result:Four enantiomers were effectively separated by the established method with RSD of peak area were less than 3.0%. Conclusion: The present method can be used for separating the enantiomers of sertraline hydrochloride simply.
