RP-HPLC determination of forsythin in Xiao'er Ganmao granules

目的:提高小儿感冒颗粒质量标准。建立 HPLC 法测定小儿感冒颗粒中连翘苷的含量。方法:采用 C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相:乙腈-水(20:80),流速1.0mL·min^(-1)检测波长为277nm。结果:连翘苷的线性范围为0.0548～1.7536μg(r=0.999),精密度 RSD 为1.5%,重复性试验 RSD 为1.9%,方法回收率为96.1%(RSD=1.2%,n=6)。结论:本方法准确,灵敏度高,可用于小儿感冒颗粒质量标准控制。

Objective：To establish an lip - HPLC method for the determination of forsythin in Xiao＇er Ganmao granules. Method：The method was established using shim -pack C18 （250 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm）column,the mobile phase was acetonitrile- water（20： 80） , flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1, and the detection wavelength was 277 nm. Results： The calibration curve of loganin was linear in the range of 0. 0548 - 1. 7536 μg, r = 0. 9999. The precision （RSD） was 1.5 %. The reproducibility （RSD） of this method was 1.9 %. The average recovery rate was 96. 1% with RSD = 1.2% （n = 6）. Conclusion： The method is simple, reliable, accurate and can be applied to the quality control of preparation.
