高效液相色谱法测定克泻灵胶囊中槐定碱的含量

HPLC determination of sophoridine in Kexieling Capsule

目的:测定克泻灵胶囊中槐定碱的含量。方法:采用 HPLC 法,色谱柱:NH_2柱,流动相:乙腈-磷酸水溶液(pH1.6)-无水乙醇(80:8:10),检测波长为220nm。结果:槐定碱线性范围为6.25～100μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9999)。结论:所用方法简便、准确、专属性好。

Objective：To determine Sophoridine content in Kexieling Capsule. Methods：A HPLC method was adopted. NH2 column was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile- phosphoric acid （pH 1.6） -ethand（80 ：8： 10）. The UV detective wavelength was set at 220 nm. Results：The calibration curve of Sophoridine was linear in the range of 6.25 -100 μg · mL^-l（ r = 0. 9999）. Conclusions ：The method is simple ,rapid and accurate.
