RP-HPLC法测定蒙药吉祥安坤丸中木香烃内酯的含量

RP-HPLC determination of costunolide in Jixiang ankun pills

目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定吉祥安坤丸中木香烃内酯含量的方法。方法:采用 Hypersil C_(18)柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-乙腈-水(55:5:40),流速:1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长225nm,柱温为室温。结果:HPLC 法测定的线性范围为0.09～1.33μg,r=0.9998,本方法精密度(RSD=0.8%)和重复性(RSD=1.3%)良好。结论:本法测定吉祥安坤丸中木香烃内酯含量,方法简便,结果准确。

Objective ：To established an HPLC method for determination of the content of costunolide in mongolion drug Jixiang- an- kun pills. Method： chromatographic condition included a Hypersil C18 （250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm） column and the mobile phase consisting of methanol - acetonitrile - water（55： 5： 40 ） , the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^ -1 and the column temperature was room temperature . The detection wavelength was set at 225 nm. Results： The calibration curve had good linearity in the range of 0. 09 - 1.33 μg（ r = 0. 9998 ）. The reproducibility（ RSD = 0. 8 % ） and precision （ RSD = 1.3 % ） of the method were good. Conclusion： The method adopted to determine the contents of costunolide in mongolion drug Jixiang - an - kun pills is simple and accurate.
