汽车防眩薄膜的研究

摘要 通过分析当前汽车防眩装置的工作性能和状况,采用互补型变色材料,对汽车防眩薄膜变色部分的结构和工作性能进行了创新设计,运用光电控制器,实现了对变色部分的自动控制。防眩实验结果表明:变色部分能够自动完成着色、消色和光致变色过程,工作稳定可靠;控制部分动作准确、运行良好。 Based on analysis of operating ability and condition of current antidazzle installing,the structure and operating ability of the part of discolor were creatively designed with the material of complementary-type discolor, and with the photoelectric controller to realize the discoloring part controlled automatically. The results of antidazzling test showed that the part of discolor was able to finish the process of staining,achromatizing and photochromisming automatically ,rapidly and reliable. The part of control also worked accurately and very well.
