摘要
通过实验测量和有限元计算,研究了加热装置的大小和布置、主支管的材料和规格、多管加热、主管附加加热等因素对接管座安装焊缝热处理温度场的影响。结果表明:加热装置的中心与焊缝中心重合,主管沿接管座根部局部附加加热至520~580℃时,可较好地克服最高温度偏移。该方法适用于不同材料、不同主支管壁厚比和不同的热处理温度下的接管座安装焊缝热处理。
Comparing test measurements and FE calculation, the affects of factors, such as size and arrangement of heating device, material and specifications of main tube, multi -tube heating, additional main tube heating, to stub tube installation weld heat treatment temperature field. Results show that aligning heating device center and weld center, and heating main tube along stub tube root locally to 520-580 ℃, can prevent the maximum temperature excursion. This method is applicable to stub tube installation weld heat treatment for different materials, tube wall thicknesses and heat treatment temperature.
