Summary of Power Plant FGD Project "Three Simultaneous" Management

河北国华黄骅发电厂烟气脱硫工程为2×600MW机组的配套工程,该工程由国华荏原环境工程公司实施总承包,与主机组同时设计、同时施工,特别是2台脱硫装置与主机组实现了真正意义上的同步投运,在华北地区首次实现环保工程的"三同时"。由于采用正确的工程管理模式,对遇到的各种问题采取了恰当的对策,在工期不断提前条件下,仍能使工程施工质量优良。

Hebei Guohua Huanghua Power Plant FGD project is a supporting project for the plant＇ s 2？600 units. The general contractor is Guohua Ebara Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. The project was designed and constructed simultaneously with the units; especially the 2 FGD devices were put into operation with the units simultaneously. It is the first environmental protection project in North China that realizes ＂three simultaneous＂. Because of correct project managing modes and proper countermeasures to all kinds of problems, excellent construction quality has been achieved under constantly shortening schedule.
