分析了智能化建筑物雷电灾害的形式,尤其分析了当今时代雷电灾害的新特征。结合宁波港商务大厦设计建造的实例,遵照国家规范要求提出了沿海地区港口智能化建筑的防雷措施及建议。

This paper introduces the form of the thunder disaser upon the intelligent buildings, especially introduces the new characteristics of the thunder disaster. In light of the design and construtian case of Ningbo Port Business Mansion, it puts forword a few thunder preventing measures and suggestion for the intelligent buildings in the ports along coastal areas abiding by state standard.
