摘要
目的 对风热感冒提取液喷雾干燥时的条件进行筛选和改进,寻求最佳工艺条件。方法考察喷雾干燥时提取液相对密度、喷雾时提取液的温度和不同赋形剂等条件对浸膏粉质量的影响。结果提取液相对密度控制在1.15~1.20(60%热测),60%~70%保温,加入微粉硅胶可以明显降低浸膏粉的吸湿性。结论工艺简单可行,显著改善喷雾干燥过程中浸膏粉的黏壁、吸湿、结块等现象。
OBJECTIVE To screen and improve spray drying condition for the extract and obtain the best process. METHODS The quality extract of at the different conditions was inspected ,including relative density the extract before the spray drying process, the temperature of the extract during the spray drying process, the different excipients and so on. RESULTS The relative density of the extract was between 1.15 -1.20(60℃) , and the temperature was between 60℃ -70℃. Adding colloidal silicon dioxide could nota- bly lower hydroscopicity of the extract. CONCLUSION The optimal spray drying conditon is simple, which could notably improve the sticking property of extract, lower the hydroscopicity and prevent caking.
