RP-HPLC测定参仁强体胶囊中橙皮苷的含量

Determination of hesperidin in Shengren Qiangti capsule by RP-HPLC

目的 测定参仁强体胶囊中橙皮苷的含量。方法 采用RP—HPLC法，用AichromBond—AQC18柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm，），以甲醇-醋酸-水（35：4：61）为流动相，流速1．0ml·min^-1，检测波长283nm。结果 在0．074～1．107μg范围内与峰面积呈很好的线性关系，回归方程为：Y=1．000×10^6X＋2．155×10^4（r=0．9994），平均回收率为99．4％（RSD=0．27％，n=5）。3批样品中橙皮苷的平均含量分别为每粒1．35、1．38、1．41mg（n=2）。结论 所建方法简便、准确、重复性好，可用于参仁强体胶囊中橙皮苷的含量测定。

OBJECTIVE To determine hesperidin in Shengren Qiangti capsule. METHODS An RP - HPLC method was established with Aichrom Bond - AQ C18 （250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm ） column. The mobile phase consisted of methanol - acetic acid -water （ 31 ：4 ： 65 ） with the flow rate of 1.0 ml· min^-1 and the UV detector at 283 nm. RESULTS The method displayed a good linearity about the hesperidin adding - quantity within the ranges of 0.074 - 1. 107μg. The equation was Y = 1. 000 × 10^6X ＋ 2. 155 × 10^4 （ r = 0. 9994）. The average recovery of 99.4 % with RSD of 0.27 % （ n = 5 ）. The hesperidin contents of three batch samples in every capsule were 1.35,1.38 and 1.41mg,respectively. CONELUSION This method is simple,accurate,reproducible and suitable for the determination of hesperidin in Shengren Qiangti capsule.
