摘要
提出了在NKC-1号催化剂上用催化蒸馏由环氧丙烷和乙醇合成丙二醇乙醚的方法和流程,考察了塔的操作压力、进料量和进料中乙醇/环氧丙烷摩尔比对环氧丙烷转化率、丙二醇乙醚收率和选择性的影响,给出了过程的最适宜操作条件。
In this article a method was presented for synthesis of propylene glycol monoethyl ether from propylene oxide and ethanol by catalytic distillation and with NKC 1 molecular sieve catalyst.The influences of operating pressure,feed flow rate and mole ratio of ethanol to propylene oxide in feed on the conversion of propylene oxide,and yield and selectivity of propylene glycol monoethyl ether were inspected.Suitable operating conditions for this process were given.
