摘要
提出了CO浓度检测仪表基本功能及性能要求,论述CO浓度检测系统的实现方案,设计了系统的硬件电路,包括信号采样及放大电路、A/D转换电路、显示电路、单片机89S51控制电路、MCU和微机串口通信电路。对CO检测仪表性能进行了测试,对实验数据作出初步的分析,最后对CO浓度检测仪表的稳定性进行了测试。系统充分利用了单片机价格低、功能强、抗干扰性能好等优点。系统可扩展为RS-422串口通信总线标准,由微机和多个单片机终端构成分布式CO浓度监控系统。
Introduced the base function and the appearance requests of the CO density detection instrument,discussed the project of the system, and designed the hardware circuits which include the sample and amply circuit, the A/D concert circuit, the display circuit, the AT89S51 control circuit and the serial communication circuit. Tested the appearance of the CO density detection instrument,made the analysis of the experiment data, tested the stability of the system in the end. It utilizes the low price, strong function and good anti-jamming ability of MCU. The system can upgrades RS-422 commtmication bus standard.PC and MCU finally forms a high-efficient monitor network.
