摘要
介绍了一种控制方案在金属热处理炉中的应用,从软、硬件两方面阐述了系统的组成和功能,对脉冲燃烧的原理和优点进行了介绍。系统以CJ系列PLC为控制核心,利用PLC的强大功能,在保证现场电气装置按照设计要求稳定运行基础上,完成工业数据的分析和处理。同时,结合变频与脉冲燃烧技术,利用PID控制算法实现了炉内温度和压力的稳定控制。改善了燃烧性能,减小了传统空燃比非线性变化对产品质量带来的影响,实现了热处理加工中温度曲线的工艺要求。
A kind of control proposal in the metal heat-treatment furnace application was introduced, which expatiated the composing of system and function from software and hardware. More than that, the principle and excellence of pulse combustion was referred . The system took CJ serials PLC of Omron enterprise as the control platform, cling to the powerful function of PLC,ensured electric device running stably following designing demand, achieved the analysis and dealing of industry location data. At the same time, combined with frequency conversion and the pulse combustion technology, temperature and pressure was stable controlled by using PID arithmetic method. Improved the combustion effect, reduced the negative effect to quality for non-linear variety of air-fuel ratio and fulfilled the heat treatment temperature curve technology requirement.
