Design of Ultraviolet Index Monitoring Instrument with New Schottky Semiconductor UV Detector
摘要
简述了传统大气环境紫外线探测技术和新型紫外半导体肖特基(Schottky)探测器件的光谱特性,着重论述了以此器件为基础的新型紫外线指数监测仪的系统设计。
The traditional methods of UVI monitoring were briefly introduced, so is the new Schottky semiconductor UV detector spectral characteristic. A design of UVI monitoring instrument with new UV detector is emphatically discussed.
