发挥高等教育在建设社会主义新农村中的作用

Exerting the Function of Higher Education at Building "New Socialist Countryside"

建设社会主义新农村,关键在于培养新型农民以及一大批服务于农村经济建设的人才,而现有的农村基础教育无法完成这一使命,因此这一使命将由高等教育来完成。高等教育在社会主义新农村建设中发挥作用的途径主要有:到农村办教学点;教学+科研+生产基地+公司;学历教育与继续教育相结合;技术培训与观念更新相结合。

Building ＂new socialist countryside＂, the key process is to train modem- typed peasants anal persons who can make contributions to rural economic development. But current basic education in countryside can not do something for the purpose. So, rural higher education would do it. It can do it by some ways： setting up a teaching branch in rural area; combining teaching, research, product and commerce; connecting diploma education with lifelong education; and linking technical training with idealistic renewing.
