摘要
142号罐更新为环舱式内浮顶油罐后,罐体发生倾斜。由于浮盘较重,因此,现场分两步矫正油罐罐体,先使倾斜一边的浮盘支柱落到罐的基础上,用空气吹砂法矫正油罐主体;再用千斤顶顶起浮盘,修补罐底,然后试水,合格后恢复油罐附件,纠斜收到了预期效果。
142# tank inclined after it had been modified to an annular-cabins-type inner floating roof tank. Due to the heavy pontoon roof, the inclination correction is divided into two steps: firstly, make the pontoon stands on the inclined side set on the tank pad,correct the tank with sands blowing method;secondly,lift the pontoon roof with jacks,and repair the tank bottom,and next carry out a water test until qualification, in final reinstall the accessories of tank, by which a predicted result in inclination correction has been received.
