摘要
采用上提管柱解封的液压式封隔器管柱,由于压力效应及泵抽等因素影响,将产生一定的收缩力。为了防止封隔器在工作过程中失效,并为解封剪钉(或剪环)的选择提供理论依据,必须进行解封力的设计计算。本文提出了影响其解封力的5项因素,并以Y441B型双向锚定封隔器为例进行了详细的分析计算。分析方法也适用于其它封隔器解封力的设计计算。
The contraction force will be produced in unsetting of hydraulic packer by lifting tubing string because of effect pressure and pumping and so on. In order to prevent failure of packer and provide theoretical basis for selection of unsetting shear pin, the unsetting force of packer must he calculated in design. This Paper presents five factors effecting on unsetting force, and makes the detail analyses and calculations taking Y441B type twoway anchored packer as an example. The method is also suitable for other packers.
