柴油基压裂液高温流变性实验研究

摘要 使用RV2粘度计研究了柴油基压裂液高温表观粘度随剪切时间和剪切速率的变化,配液方法和粘度计内转筒几何尺寸对测得的表观粘度值的影响。研究结果表明,柴油基压裂液的表观粘度与稠化剂磷酸酯铝的化学组成密切相关,而剪切速度、pH值(配液方法)对其表观粘度也有明显影响,剪切时间对表观粘度的影响不大。 Diesel base fracturing fluid SLD 1 is prepared by mixing aluminum hexyl phosphates (AHPs) as gelling agent and an activator in diesel oil in two steps. Its rheologic behavior at 120℃ is studied through measuring the gel apparent viscosity at 170 s -1 in the course of shearing the gel at rate 40, 120 or 170 s -1 . It is shown that the gel obtained with AHP of higher hexyl content (in range 20-80%) has higher viscosity. The gels prepared with AHPs of >50% hexyl content by two step process are temperature and shear resistant. One step gels are bad unless more activator is added. For SLD 1 gel, the apparent viscosity shear time curves taken on RV 2 rheometer with bob of different radius are similar on the basis of similar volume average shear rate.
