女大学生的主体意识对于她们个人的发展有着重要的作用,社会文化诱因、大学环境以及理工科院校和专业的文化氛围导致了理工科女大学生自主意识削弱。为了培养理工科女大学生的自主意识,应当从理想信念、心理因素、学习方法三方面着手。

Independent consciousness, which is very important for the development of girl students of Science and Engineering, has been reduced to a certain extent due to cultural ＆ social guide and atmosphere of colleges and universities of science and engineering. In order to raise the consciousness, educators are supposed to proceed from girl students＇ ideal, psychology and study methods.
