摘要
针对DYF多功能电液阀的工作原理及其特性曲线,建立了自动灌装系统的恒流调控模型。模型采用PD算法实现了电液控制阀的恒流调控,以C语言为工具开发了自动灌装系统DYF型多功能电液阀恒流调控软件包,该软件包包括主程序或执行程序、中断服务程序、采样和电磁阀调控程序。使用表明,该软件包能获得良好的恒流效果。
In the light of the multifunctional eletrohydraulic valve's (MVE)working principle and its performance curve,a constant flow regulating model has been built in auto-loading system. The constant flow regulation for the electrohydraulic valve has been realized by adopting the PD algorithm. The constant flow regulation software package is developed with C language for the MEV,the program of which includes master program or executive program,interrupt service routine,sampling and MEV regulation program. It shows by practice that the software package can obtain a better result of the constant flow.
