人类社会正逐步由工业经济时代步入知识经济时代。在知识经济时代,企业对知识和信息的有效管理已日益紧迫,企业管理正进入新的理念。随着世界经济一体化,我国企业将面临前所未有的竞争压力,实施企业资源计划(ERP)可以从企业价值链的各个环节增强竞争优势。本文在分析ERP竞争优势、实施ERP障碍的基础上,提出了实施ERP获取竞争优势的策略和方法。

The society of the mankind just gradually from the industry economic ages steps in the knowledge economic ages. In the knowledge economic ages, effective management of enterprise has already been increasingly pressing to knowledge and information, enterprise management is entering the new idea. Along with economic integration in world, enterprises of our country will face unprecedented competition pressure, but inplements ERP and can strengthen the competitive advantage from the each link of enterprise value chain. This text analyses the competition advantage of ERP and hindrance of implementing ERP and puts forward the tactics and method of obtaining the competitive advantage by implementing ERP.
