冠心病心力衰竭患者外周血淋巴细胞膜β受体复合体的变化 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)慢性充血性心力衰竭(心衰)患者外周血淋巴细胞膜β受体复合体的变化情况。方法:测定31例冠心病心衰患者(心衰组)和41名健康志愿者(对照组)外周血淋巴细胞膜β1受体最大结合力(β1 receptor maximum binding capacity,β1max)、鸟苷酸结合蛋白(G蛋白)、腺苷环化酶(adenylyl cyclase,AC)活性和环磷腺苷含量。结果:心衰组β1max、兴奋性G蛋白(stimulatory G proteins,Gs)、环磷腺苷、AC明显降低;抑制性G蛋白(inhibitory G proteins,Gi)明显增加,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.01)。心衰时,β1max、Gs及环磷腺苷含量与心功能分级呈负相关。结论:冠心病心衰患者的β受体复合体水平发生明显改变,提示该病的发生、发展可能与β1受体复合体的多个环节发生改变有关。 Objective: To evaluate the alteration of β-adrenoceptor complex on cell membrane of peripheral lymphocytes in patients of coronary heart disease (CHD) with chronic congestive heart failure (CHF). Methods: Theβ1 receptor maximum binding capacity (β1 max) , levels of guanine nucleotide binding protein (G protein), adenylyl cyclase (AC) and cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) of cell membrane of peripheral blood lymphocytes were investigated in 31 patients of CHD with CHF ( CHF group) and 41 healthy volunteers respectively (control group). Results: The β1 max of cell membrane of peripheral blood lymphocytes was significantly lower in CHF group than that in control group. The levels of Gs, AC and cAMP in CHF group was significantly lower than that in control group, The level of Gi was obviously higher in CHF group. The negative correlation among the levels of β1 max, Gs, cAMP and the ventrieular function was observed. Conclusion: Alteration of β-adrenoeeptor complex on cell membrane of peripheral blood lymphoeytes may be associated with worsening of CHD with heart failure in CHF patients.
