人力资源管理中的组织沟通满意感研究 被引量:8

摘要 组织沟通满意感是衡量组织沟通成效的一项重要指标,它对形成组织激励、提高组织绩效具有重要的作用。本文在深入分析研究沟通满意感内涵、维度与影响因素的基础上提出了组织沟通满意感形成的动态模型,并且进一步研究了组织沟通满意感与某些组织变量之间的关系,探索了沟通满意感的形成对于组织激励和绩效的影响过程。
