摘要
详细地对比了煤在加水与不加水2种实验条件下烃类产物的演化特征差异。研究表明随着温度增加,2种实验条件下干燥系数和烃类气体各组分体积百分数都呈现阶段性变化。反映生烃过程中母质和主要反应不断变化,不加水实验重烃气比加水实验裂解快,到650℃已基本都裂解。低温阶段均有部分CO2生成,为有机质中含氧基团早期脱羧产生,加水实验700℃CO2产率突然增加,可能与水煤气反应有关,不加水实验到高温阶段也稍有增加,为碳酸盐胶结物高温分解所致。从各产物产率上看,水参与了生烃反应。
The objectives of the study are to compare the gas generating characteristics from lignite artificially matured by nonhydrous pyrolysis and hydrous pyrolysis.The results show that hydrocarbon volume percent and drying coefficient are episodic changing with temperature in both conditions.It reflects the main reaction and the precursor continuously change during the hydrocarbon generating process.The heavy hydrocarbon is pyrolysised faster in nonhydrous condition and there is few left until 650℃.At low temperature stage,the oxygen-rich part in organic substance will decarboxylate to bring some CO2.The yield of CO2 will increase abruptly in the hydrous experiment 700℃.Maybe it is related to water gas reaction,so does the nonhydrous experiment while it is caused by the decomposition of carbonate cement at high temperature.Hydrous condition is more high-yield when considered the production.It indicates that the water participates in the hydrocarbon generation reaction.
