明1-C29井无枪身聚能射孔器打捞施工工艺技术

Fishing craft application of 54-Spiral-Gun in Well M1-c29

明1-C29井采用54型73-1螺旋无枪身射孔枪射孔时,有8m螺旋射孔枪落井。因ф101.6mm套管内无枪身聚能射孔器弹架的强度高,韧性强,又没有配套的打捞工具和成熟的打捞施工工艺,打捞难度大。本次打捞使用反循环球座配合小直径长冲管,采用反循环实施打捞,克服常规打捞方法无法处理的技术难题,为以后处理该类井下落物提供借鉴。

Well M1-c29 is a 4-inch cased well in No.3 Oil Production Plant of Zhongyuan Oilfield.When it was perforated using 54-Spiral-Gun,one of the guns with a length of 8 metres fell in the well.Because of the formidable impulse function,the bullet frame and the bullet foundation have formed an intersecting aspect.It made difficult to process the well.As a result,fishing in this well has not succeeded many times.This fishing used the counter-circulation ball seat with the minor diameter long pipe and used the method of counter-circulation to fishing.It overcame the technical difficult problem that the conventional method was unable to solve.It provided a reference for processing such kind of well falls.
