摘要
在分析我国山洪灾害发生及其防治效益特点的基础上,借鉴大江大河防洪效益分析计算方法,研究提出了山洪灾害防治效益的评价指标体系,并对评价指标的计算方法进行了研究。
The evaluation index system of benefit of mountain flood prevention is studied based on analysis of feature of mountain flood happening and prevention benefit and by referencing the calculation method of flood prevention benefit of major rivers and lakes. Studies are also made on the calculation method of evaluation index.
