Examination of pilot project construction for mountain flood prevention in Hunan

湖南省在山洪灾害防御试点工作中以"避灾躲灾、确保安全"为主要目标,把"落实预案、群测群防"作为防御山洪灾害的关键环节,建立健全了上下联动、左右配合的防灾责任体系,取得了较好的效果,积累了丰富的防御山洪灾害的经验。

During the pilot project construction in Hunan Province, the main target of mountain flood prevention is defined as preventing disaster and ensuring safety. Making preparation plan and mass participation for flood prevention is regarded as the key part, so as to build up a flood prevention responsible system for integration and cooperation of all respects, which has achieved good result and accumulate rich experience in preventing mountain flood disasters.
