摘要
为满足与电子式互感器接口的保护、测控装置在实验时对测试信号的需求,从硬件结构和软件设计两个方面考虑,提出一种高精度信号发生装置的设计方案。整机采用DSP与CPLD作为核心控制模块,在DSP中通过DDS算法及自适应PID控制算法输出高拟合、高稳定性的离散正弦波数字信号,再由高精度串行DA转换后滤波成为0.0125-5V的模拟电压信号。试验结果表明,测试仪输出信号稳定、频带宽,动态特性良好,其精度达到0.2%.
In order to satisfy with the needs of testing signal which applies to the experiment of measurement, control and protection device connection with electronic transformer, considered from two aspects concerning the hardware structure and the software, this article proposed one kind of design proposal as for a high accuracy signal generator device. The machine takes the DSP and CPLD as the core control module, outputs the high fitting and the high stable separate sine wave digital signal in DSP through the DDS algorithm and the auto-adapted PID control algorithm, and this signal has been transformed by high accuracy serial DA and filtered into 0.0125V to 5V simulation voltage signal.The The test results indicated that the tester output signal which is stabilization, broad band, and the admirable dynamic characteristic, its precision achieves 0.2%.
