摘要
根据起重机的监控记录仪的控制需求,以实现监控、维护、管理一体化为目标进行了设计。起重超载限制器以高速单片机C8051F022为核心,应用信号调理技术对传感器输出电压进行去高频噪声、放大、二阶有源滤波处理,应用微机接口技术设计了液晶显示、触摸屏、语音、实时时钟、串行E2PROM、U盘读写模块、串口通信、AD转换等接口模块电路,应用电子技术设计了电源、掉电检测、延时等电路,并使控制系统具有较好的抗干扰能力。应用计算机仿真来进行信号处理。
The crane monitoring recorder integrates the function of monitoring, overload limiter, maintenance, management together. The overload limiter with C8051F022 high speed monolithic computer applies signal process technology to wipe off the frequency noise, magnify sensor' s output voltage and filter noise. It has such connection module circuits as hquid crystal display, touch kit, acoustic alarm, real - time clock, serial E^2PROM, U plate read- write, serial communication, A/D transformation, and power, leakage and delay monitoring circuit. It features better interfere resistant performance.
