摘要
使用ANSYS对新型反应釜釜内螺旋叶片进行三维有限元建模,并建立相应的力学模型。通过对其应力场的有限元分析确定了螺旋叶片危险截面。针对不同工况,分别研究了螺旋叶片厚度、内径、螺距和物料填充率对螺旋叶片所受最大应力的影响,为螺旋叶片的设计选择提供可靠的理论依据。
The paper builds a three dimensional finite dement model for inner vane of newly reactor and the relevant mechanical model. It determines the critical section of spiral vane through finite dement analysis of the stress field, and studies the effects of spiral vane thickness, inner diameter and filling ratio on stress of spiral vane. It provides a reliable theoretical basis for spiral vane design.
