摘要
利用伪狂犬病病毒特异性扩增产物制成地高辛标记的探针，对闽Ａ株，鄂Ａ株，Ｂａｒｔｎａ株，英国株及临床病料进行检测，其结果与ＰＣＲ检测结果相符，准确率为１００％，灵敏度达到２ｐｇＤＮＡ，试验认为该探针具有灵敏、特异。
