在实验室冷态条件下,模拟各种工况下的放电情况,对电除尘器棒-板间隙放电规律进行研究。结论是:最佳板一板间距2b为300~500mm;当2b=300,400,500mm时,对应的最佳线间距2c=150~160,150~160,200~220mm;对应的芒刺间距2a=100,50,50mm。
Under the cold conditions of laboratory, a study is conducted of the discharge law of ESP bar-plate spacing through modeling discharging under various operating condi- tions. It is concluded that the optimal plate-plate spacing 2b is 300-500mm; when 2b is 300, 400 and 500mm respectively, the corresponding optimal wire spacing 2c is 150-160, 150-160 and 200-220mm respectively, and the corresponding barbed spacing 2a is 100, 59 and 50mm.
