摘要
利用百合科和忍冬科的一些植物配制的“植毒灵”对防治TMV引起的烟草花叶病有明显的效果,用1/15的“植毒灵”喷施后,小区试验相对防效达82.5%~95.1%。超微病理学实验结果表明“植毒灵”防治烟草花叶病是由于喷施“植毒灵”后的叶片内病毒数量减少,细胞结构特别是叶绿体结构破坏减轻所致。生化测定结果表明喷施“植毒灵”后叶片无机氮的同化能力加强,碳水化合物及蛋白质合成能力得以恢复。酶学实验结果表明“植毒灵”防治花叶病机理可能与“植毒灵”增强与植物抗性有关的酶活性有关。
HIDUOLING”isakindofchemicaliswhichmadefromsomekindsoflilyandhoneysuckle.Whenitwasusedincon-trolingthetobaccomosaicvirusinplotexperiment,thecontrolefectcouldreach82%~95%.Thebiochemicalassaysshowedthat“ZHIDULING”couldreinforcetheactivityofperoxidase,polyphendoxidase,phenylalanineamminialyaseandSODofinfectedtobaccoleaves.Itcouldalsoincreasethecontentofamminoacids,proteinandcarbohydratesubstanceofin-fectedleaves.Intheultra-thinsections,wefoundthattherewaslessviralparticlesintobaccoleavestreatedwith“ZHIDUL-ING”thaninuntreated.Wealsofoundthatthecelstructuresof“ZHIDULING”-treatedtobaccoleavesremainedmorein-tegralthanun-treatedinfectedtobaccoleaves.
