摘要
针对1#1750m3高炉渣中Al2O3含量高,使炉渣黏稠,影响高炉顺行的情况,通过加辅料,成功地控制渣中Al2O3小于16%,保持了炉料结构相对稳定,改善了高炉操作技术指标,加辅料后的第2月,利用系数达2.538t/(m·3d),入炉焦比为346kg/t。
Because of the Al2O3 content of the slag of No.1 1 750 m^3 BF in Jigang was high, making the slag sticky and effecting regular blast-furnace performance, auxiliary materials were added. Then the Al2O3 content of the slag was controlled less than 16% triumphantly. Burden design was stabilized relatively. The operational indexes of blast furnace were improved well. Furnace productivity reached 2.538 t/(m^3·d) and coke ratio reached 346 kg/t in second month after adding auxiliary material.
