莱钢50t超高功率电弧炉系统可靠性分析与改造

摘要 莱钢50t电炉原主体设备及液压系统,因使用时间长,严重老化,且原设计存在较多的缺陷,故障频发,系统可靠性大幅下降。为此,实施炉体装备、双液压缸倾动以及液压系统等改造措施,改造完成后,炉盖提升旋转时间缩短50%,炉衬寿命提高了200次,设备维护费用由12万元/月减少到4万元/月,系统设备运行的可靠性显著提高。 Because of long use time, the main body equipment and hydraulic system of 50 t UHP-EAF in Laigang were bad aging. Besides, original design had many defaults, then failure occurred frequently and the reliability of the system reduced largely. Therefore, the furnace body equipment and the hydraulic system are transformed and the tilting mechanism of double hydraulic cylinders is adopted. After finish of a series transformation, the time of opening the furnace cover is shortened by 50%, the lining life is increased by 200 times, equipment maintenance cost is reduced from 120 000 Yuan to 40 000 Yuan per month and equipment reliability of 50 t UHP-EAF has achieved remarkable success.
