中压大功率同步电动机三电平变频调速系统分析

摘要 介绍了采用新型开关器件IGCT构成的中压大功率同步电动机三电平变频调速系统,分析了逆变部分控制电路的组成及各个环节的作用。采用面向控制系统结构图的图形化仿真方法对逆变电路进行了仿真,给出了速度仿真曲线图、输出线电压、线电流的谐波分析图。仿真结果说明,系统具有优良的调速性能、谐波含量较低等特点。 Introduces threc-level frequency control of motor speed system of medium voltage and high power synchronous motor, which is equipped with the new switching device IGCT. The composition of the inverter control circuit parts and the role of the various sectors are analyzed too. Adopting the graphical simulation method facing the control system structure, a simulation of the inverter circuit is implemented, giving the speed simulation curve, the output line voltage harmonic analysis and the output line current harmonic analysis. Simulation results show that the system has excellent speed-regulating performance and lower harmonic content.
