摘要
由于镁铝尖晶石载体具有较高的晶格破坏温度,在低温变换催化反应中,表现出很好的耐温活性,为此,用优化筛选的方法,对活性镁铝尖晶石载体的合成进行了实验。将固体氯化镁溶解于氧化铝浓度50g/L、初温50℃的铝酸钠溶液中,制得粉体,之后成型。XRD结果显示为镁铝尖晶石,且峰型完整,是较可行的产业化方案。
Mg-Al spinel has high temperature of breakage crystal lattice and in low temperature transformation catalytic reaction has good temperature resistant activity. Then the preparation of activated Mg-Al spinel catalyst carrier was tested using the methods of optimization and filtration. The solid MgC12·6H2O was dissolved into NaAlO2 solution which Al2O3 concentration was 50 g/L and elementary temperature was 50℃. The power was shaped and baked. XRD result showed that Mg-Al spinel was gained and full crystal. The method is practical chemical plan.
